How does sign-in work?
You'll get two welcome emails — one per product — with a magic link to set your password. Use the same email if you can; we make it easy if you can't.
What if I already have ClauseShield (or LienShield)?
Your existing account gets upgraded to the bundle tier. If you have a separate paid plan, we'll cancel it and prorate your bundle subscription.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes — upgrade anytime, downgrade at end of billing cycle, prorated either way.
What happens if I cancel?
You'll keep both products until the end of your current billing period. After that, you drop to free tier on both apps. Your data stays.
Is there a free trial?
Not yet. We're keeping v1 simple. Reach out to billie@obsidiancladlabs.com if you'd like a trial code.
What email should I use?
Whatever email you'll log into both products with. If you already use different emails on each product, we'll surface that at checkout so you can choose.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes — Stripe sends every invoice automatically. Tax-inclusive where applicable.
